ADHD: Rejection - Deception - Connection

ADHD: Rejection - Deception - Connection

$55.00

With ADHD is the cycle of rejection sensitivity, deception,  and the impact on the connection with others.  Fear of rejection causes us to be deceptive, lie by omission or  with intention.   Eventually, this cycle becomes a significant problem.   it deteriorates our connection to others.  You are often seen as untrustworthy, unreliable and cause others to disconnect from you.  Especially those closest to you.

This workshop looks at all the facets of rejection sensitivity.  You’ll realize that not knowing how to regulate your emotions causes you to choose deception as a way to put off or prevent any perceived rejection.  We will explore user-friendly skills to manage the rejection sensitivity, improve emotional regulation and diminish the use of deception aa a way to strengthen your connection to others.

This workshop will focus on how to:

 · Understand rejection sensitivity

· Manage emotional regulation

· Improve emotional regulation
